Refund policy

We want you to love your 'Made for You' candle, but if you're not completely satisfied, Enjoy peace of mind with our 3-day return policy on 'Made for You' candles ,which means you have 3 days after receiving the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

  1. Return: To start a return, you can contact us at support@themadeforyou.com with the name and image of the candle. If your return is eligible, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send back to us. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. 
  2. Refund: The last step is once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you with in 24-48 hours. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our refund policy. 
  3. Mode of refund:  Refund  will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 6 months validity from the date of issuance. 
  4. Damage : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Create a video or click pictures of the item to that clearly shows the issue. Write an email with in 48 hours of receiving the package to support@themadeforyou.com. 
  5. Exchange: We do not offer any exchange services. If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it and place an order again for a new one.
